R. ALLEN LEIDER’S HELLFIRE LOUNGE
You would think a book with an author’s name on the front cover would be at least mostly by that author, but not this time. R. Allen Leider, creator of the wildly popular “Wicca Girl,” has acted as editor in this case to put together a collection of horror tales based in the Wicca universe. And, where as he did write the introduction and all the connecting material that joins the stories in this collection together, he only wrote six of the stories, and two of them he wrote with our boy CJ. CJ also wrote one with Richard Dean Starr, and seven on his own for a total of ten tales altogether. This volume contains a number of his hard to find printed-only-once-in-magazine stories, along with four all new ones! Funny, scary, and waiting for you!

WEREWOLVES DEAD MOON RISING
Just in time for the next dark and stormy night in your neighborhood, Moonstone Books gives the world thirteen tales of howling horror. The anthology takes great care to present every facet of the werewolf legend. There’s no repetition here, or any lack of fun from writers across the spectrum–”Star Wars” writer Beau Smith and “Spider-Man” chronicler David Michilinie, to the creator of “Action Philosophers,” Fred Van Lente and noir master Christopher Mills, as well as all the rest, and our own CJ. Also: as with all the Moonstone books, each story comes with its own illustration, this time from the remarkably talented Ken Wolak.
